Gordon joins, Williams in talks – Liverpool’s next transfer decided as window comes to life

Arne Slot officially began work this week as Liverpool manager, with players beginning to return to the AXA Training Centre to officially begin their first pre-season.

But there will be no new faces in the squad for training, with Liverpool’s Slot and Richard Hughes keeping the powder dry in the transfer market as things stand.




Liverpool are yet to approve any major transfers despite links with several central defender targets and discussions with Newcastle over winger Anthony Gordon.
