Club show ‘concrete’ interest in Leeds United star – Agents contacted have ‘best credentials’

Paris Saint Germain have made contact with Leeds United striker Crysencio Summerville over a move to the French giants this summer.

That’s according to De Telegraaf, who say that PSG are in contact with the player’s team to try to find a replacement for Kylian Mbappé.

The newspaper reports that PSG are showing “concrete” interest in the Leeds United star, who scored 19 goals and provided nine assists in 43 Championship appearances last season.

According to reports, the club’s board has already contacted the player and his staff to explore a move away from Elland Road this summer.

They are not the only clubs in the running, with Brighton, Fulham, Liverpool and Chelsea all credited with an interest in the Leeds player and the latter two inquiring about his situation.

Neither of them have made any concrete negotiations for him, so PSG appear to have “the best credentials” to secure his signature at this point.

Leeds’ asking price is unknown at this point, but it will be considerably higher than the €1.5m they paid to sign him from Feyenoord in 2021, that’s for sure. It’s also unlikely to be prohibitive for PSG, one of the richest clubs in the world and regular big spenders in the transfer window.
