Belfast teenager stops passengers in their tracks with airport piano recital

A Belfast teenager has caught the attention of passengers with his fantastic panio playing skills as he put on an impromptu performance at Dublin Airport.

Corey took the opportunity to entertain passengers at the airport as he waited to board a flight to Spain with his family.




Sitting at the piano, the 13-year-old played several songs, including Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody and some songs by Ludovico Einaudi.

A video of Corey playing the piano was shared online by Dublin Airport this afternoon and has gained 25,000 views in just two hours.

In the clip, the teenager can be seen playing Experience by Ludovico Einaudi, while other passengers stop to listen and film him.

The Schiller upright piano was installed in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 in 2018 to encourage people of all ages and abilities to play.
